Extending a Victorian mid Terrace House

Increasingly due to Educational boundaries and catchment areas , growing families in JordanHill find it tough to remain .
The Johnstons bought a House "just too wee" for their own growing family and they needed to stay put and enjoy their Home.
We built them a Sun room and positioned the kitchen and dining within it.
It is both lense and solar Collector and the heat it gathers from the sun is distributed to the darker and colder parts of the House via a piped hot water underfloor heating system.
We made a slapping to enable the Living and piano rooms to flow into the new Room.
The Extension improves the overall performance of the house in terms of Joy and energy bills.
